count </font></p>
<p><font size="2">In order to make your advert appear as high as possible in the
result list the the following things should be taken into consideration. </font></p>
<p><font size="2">Our pay packages enable a house to climb in the result list.
The more information an advert has the better placement it gets. That means
that houses with Maximum AD boost (including pictures and prices) will be shown
top of list. </font></p>

<p><font size="2">All of this does not mean that a bronze advert cant climb in
the result list. Houses with a picture and a given price are ranked higher than
those without. This is something all house owners should think about since it
does not cost anything and will substantially increase the chances of potential
customer contacts being made. It is in other words benificial for both the house
owner and the potential customer. </font></p>

I search?</b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"> Click on "Find
vacation house" in the left menu. On the next page please fill in the features
that are important to you, leave the rest blank and then click on search. </font></p>

find any houses</b></font></p>

search criteria's. If a search is very specific you might exclude houses that
you actually could be interested in. </font></p>

have a catalogue?</b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"> Unless you
mean the digital one presented on the site, no we do not. </font></p>

save a selection of houses?</b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"> Yes you can!
First you need to register in order to access your personal hotlist of houses.
This is done on the "Personal Hotlist" page found in the left menu. After you
register you will recive a password via e-mail so that you can save preferred
houses and access those from any Internet connected computer. </font></p>

register as an owner </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Click on Let
Vacationhouse! On the next page please fill the address where you wish to be
contacted. After you click "submit" you will receive a password shortly. </font></p>

<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>6 What is
the difference between "owner" and "N/A"? </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Owner means
vacation house owner or vacation house agent. N/A stands for not available.
In other words, please do not choose N/A as this service is not yet available.

<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>7 How and
when do I get my password? </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">After you click
submit a mail will be sent to you shortly with your password. This will normally
happen almost instantly. That means that if you do not receive any mail within
half an hour something probably has gone wrong. If that happens please notify
us at info@vacationhouses.com. </font></p>

register a new vacation house </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">See point three
on how to obtain a password. Once you have a password, type your e-mail address
in the "E-mail/Login" box in the left frame and your password in the "Password"
box below. Then click on login. IF you cannot see both of these boxes in your
window click on the menualternative "Let a vacationhouse" and click on "Login"
in the headning. You will then see the login / password boxes in the middle
frame. Once logged in you first choose the country where the house is located
and then you click on "Register new house". </font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">8.1 You will
then come to the first screen where you start input facts of your vacation house.
You can choose to type in those boxes you want, but you have to give the house
a name and you have to choose a type of service (Bronze, Silver or Gold). If
you type in area (Square meters) you should only type in figures, no commas,
periods or "m2" - only figures. Once finished with this page, click on ">>"
to go to the next page. If the infobox about our different paid alternatives
is visible you might have to close this box before seeing the ">>"-button. </font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">8.2 On this
page you register your seasons, if you want. You can have from 0 to 3 seasons
by us, the most common is one season and one offseason. You should also type
a price here, and no commas, spaces or signs, only figures in the figurebox.
Don´t forget to choose currency in the dropdown menu before writing the figure.
If you write any of the Euro-currencies we will autmatically give you the Euro-price,
otherwise you are welcome to fill this out yourself. Our searchengine works
only in Euro, so if anyone searches for price the "0" alternative will not be
found. </font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">8.3 Here you
tick the boxes that apply to your house, a filled box is a "Yes". Once finished
with this page, click on ">>" to go to the next page. </font></p>

type the distances to different attractions, one important thing is that you
can ONLY type figures, no spaces, commas or periods and no "m" or "km". All
figures should be in metres. Once finished with this page, click on "Finish".
Uploads Now your house is actually active on our site, but if you want a picture
you should upload it here. You could always return here later. Click on the
"Browse" button and select a picture of your house from your harddrive and then
click upload. We have one picture on our listing and one on our "fullpage",
so you have to upload the picture two times. You can here also enter your url/www-address
is you have that option and you could also upload multiple pictures. If you
have selected our map alternative - click here for instructions. </font></p>

I edit the house Information? </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">You do it the
same way the house was entered with the exception that you, once your logged
in, do not type new house, but clicks on "vacation house list" and then clicks
on the picture. You will then come to 1/1 from previos help and can change what
should be changed. Continue onwards to "Finish" to have the changes saved. </font></p>

options </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">You can pay
through or German Bank (BLZ & account), through our Swedish Bank (Swift & account),
through Swedish Postal Giro or throug Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Diners)

find my own house </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">First, log
in and click on vacation house list and see if your house is registred. If not,
you have to register your house. If you see your house, type preview to check
that all facts are correct, especially country and region. Then do a search
for your house, try to do a narrow search with multiple choices that fits to
your house ("max 500 m to sea" etc), while only 250 houses will be shown, so
if you just look for houses all over France, your house might be visible. Once
you receive the list, go through the pages until you find your house. Our houses
found in the selection are sorted 1. Paid alternative with more info at the
top, 2. Picture and price, 3. Picture, 4. Price, at the end houses without picture
and price. </font></p>

<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><b>12 What
do the fields mean / price per week / distance from? </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Our prices
are in most cases price per week. Distance from is the distance in metres from
the vacation house to the attraction. </font></p>

I post a picture? </b></font></p>
<p align="left"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">You login,
go to the house (through vacation house list), click on the text (not preview),
click on ">>" 3 times and the "FINISH" one time. Click on the "Browse" button
and select a picture of your house from your harddrive and then click upload.
We have one picture on our listing and one on our "fullpage", so you have to
upload the picture two times. You can also mail a picture to us and we will
do it for you, but remember to write the Vacation house ID and your Login/E-mail
namn in your mail. </font></p>

choose the paid alternatives </b></font></p>
